Groundserve was founded in 1996, based upon the principal consultant’s twenty years of experience in the local authority and registered social landlord sectors.

Since then, John has travelled throughout the UK advising the public sector on how to achieve best value, efficiency and effectiveness in the provision of front-line services to the community.
